Send Your Artwork
1. What can I send to you?
Send us anything that fits inside the Paso Paso Kit Box, sized 594 × 420 × 120mm.
Paintings, drawings, photos, 3D artworks, mixed-media pieces, and little creative treasures are all welcome.
Just make sure everything is packed safely before sending. If your artwork is slightly too big, we suggest folding it once instead of rolling it.

2. Can I get my original materials back?
Original artworks are not returned by default. If you don’t need them back, we’ll recycle them responsibly for you.
If you’d like your original artwork returned, we can send it back with an additional shipping fee.
Book Design & Orders
1. Can the artworks appear in a specific order?
Yes. Please number the back of each artwork lightly in pencil, starting from #1, and arrange them in your preferred order before sending them to us.
If you have a specific piece you’d like as the book cover, please label it as “Cover” at the back.
Not sure which artwork works best for the cover? We’re happy to help choose and design the most suitable option for you.
2. What counts as one artwork?
Each individual piece is counted as one artwork.
If you have several small artworks and would like them to be treated as one piece, please collage them onto one sheet of paper before sending them to us.
For 3D artworks, please pack each piece clearly and separately. If multiple items are packed together without clear separation, they may be counted as multiple artworks.
3. Can I include more than 48 artworks?
For one book, we can accept up to 48 artworks.
That said, we recommend including fewer pieces if possible. For the best layout, around 36 artworks works best, giving the book more breathing space and making it feel more beautiful and easy to enjoy.
4. Can I include my child’s photographs in the book?
Yes. We’d love to help create a small artist profile page for your child.
You can send us up to 3 photos by email at hello@pasopasostudio.com. Each photo should be no larger than 3MB.
5. Can I make changes to the proof?
Yes. Your order includes up to 3 minor changes after the proof is shared.
Minor changes include simple edits such as resizing an image or swapping images.
If you need further changes, we can quote them separately.
6. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been made.
Shipping & Receive
1. How long will it take to receive the art book?
The usual turnaround time is 3 to 5 weeks after your Kit Box arrives at our studio.
2. How soon do I have to send back the Kit Box?
No rush. You can send it back whenever you’re ready.
3. How do I return the Kit Box?
Easy, we’ll arrange the courier pick-up for you.
A shipping label will be included in your Kit Box. Once the payment is made, we’ll contact you to check your estimated preparation time and arrange a pick-up date.
If you need more time, no worries. Just let us know, and we may ask you to print a new shipping label on your side.
