Our Service
Paso Paso Studio creates custom art books using the artwork and materials you send to us.
Our service may include preparing the Kit Box, receiving your artwork, photographing or scanning the materials, designing the book, preparing a digital proof, printing, and arranging delivery.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including your name, email address, contact number, and delivery address.
You are also responsible for packing your artwork safely before sending it to us. We will handle your artwork with care once it arrives at our studio, but we are not responsible for damage, loss, or delay during shipping.
By sending artwork, photographs, or other materials to Paso Paso Studio, you confirm that you have the right and permission to use and share those materials with us.
You also agree that the materials you send are suitable for us to handle, photograph, scan, edit, reproduce, and use for the purpose of creating your order.
Handling of Artwork
By sending your artwork and materials to Paso Paso Studio, you agree that we may handle, photograph, scan, crop, edit, arrange, and reproduce them as needed for the creative and production process.
Original artworks are not returned by default. If you do not request the return of your original artworks, you agree that Paso Paso Studio may recycle or dispose of them responsibly after the order is completed.
If you would like your original artworks returned, please let us know before your order is completed. Additional shipping fees will apply. Once the artworks have been recycled or disposed of, they cannot be retrieved.
Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
Full payment is required before we begin working on your order.
As each book is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been made.
Proof Approval
A digital proof will be shared with you before printing.
Please check the proof carefully. Once the final proof is approved, the book will be sent for printing and no further changes can be made.
Paso Paso Studio is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Colour & Print Differences
We will do our best to reproduce the artwork beautifully and as close to the original as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different between the original artwork, screen preview, and final printed book. Small differences in colour, texture, cropping, print finish, and image clarity are normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery
The usual turnaround time is 3 to 5 weeks after your Kit Box arrives at our studio.
Delivery time may vary depending on courier schedules, location, public holidays, weather conditions, and other unexpected delays.
Paso Paso Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, loss, or damage caused by the courier or by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your final book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include clear photos of the book and packaging so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by printing or production, we will arrange a suitable solution.
Use of Artwork & Images
You keep the rights to your original artwork and photographs.
By sending materials to Paso Paso Studio, you allow us to photograph, scan, edit, design, print, and reproduce them for the purpose of creating your order.
We may share photos of finished books, artwork details, or behind-the-scenes process images on our website, social media, portfolio, or marketing materials.
If you prefer us not to share your artwork or book publicly, please let us know when placing your order.
Limitation of Liability
We will always do our best to handle your order with care. However, Paso Paso Studio is not responsible for indirect loss, sentimental value, emotional value, courier issues, customer error, or delays outside our control.
In no event shall Paso Paso Studio’s total liability to you for any damages, losses, claims, or causes of action exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using our services during the six (6) months immediately before the date of the claim.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes have been made means you accept and agree to the updated terms.
